Everything you create lives in one workspace. By default it is kept for this browser tab only. Nothing is sent to a server. Teams share work by exporting and importing a file.

Saving
Saving is off by default. Turn it on to keep your work in this browser between visits. Browsers can clear stored data, so export a backup now and then.
When on, your workspace is stored in this browser's local storage on this device only. Turning it off deletes the saved copy. What is stored and how to clear it.
Export
Download a .clearpath.json file you can open again here, or share with a teammate. It includes only what you entered.
Encrypted in your browser with AES-GCM (key from PBKDF2). The password is never stored or sent. If you lose it, the file cannot be opened.
Import
Choose a .clearpath.json file. It is validated first and read as text only. Encrypted files ask for the password.
Clear
Remove everything from this workspace. We will offer to export a backup first.
