1. Do you develop an AI system, or have one developed for you?
2. Do you put it on the market or into service under your own name or trademark?
3. Do you use an AI system under your own authority in your organization (not just personally)?
4. Do you bring an AI system from a company outside the EU onto the EU market?
5. Do you make an AI system available on the EU market without being its provider or importer?
6. Did you put your name on someone else's system, or substantially change it or its intended purpose?
